ACLS Renewal with BLS
Prerequisites:
Participants must be proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and complete both the ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment and Precourse Work at elearning.heart.org/course/1551. Please allow approximately 2 hours to complete this requirement before class.
In-class Session:
The in-class session is up to 8 hours. Check-in begins 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; scrubs or uniforms are optional.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, students will receive an American Heart Association ACLS Provider eCard and BLS Provider eCard. Both certifications are valid for 2 years.
Manual Required:
A current 2025 edition AHA ACLS Provider Manual or eBook is required. Please bring your own manual or purchase separately at tc.heartcpr.com or shopcpr.heart.org.
